CACO 2-7 forming on the basketball court

You might not recognize any of these CACO 2-7 Marines in their fresh hair cuts, shined boots and starched covers. Actually, 2-7 cleaned up pretty well, but only after a fair amount of kicking and screaming. After all, they had worked hard and long cultivating an image as Field Marines! The guy in the Squad Leader’s position in this photo may be Luis Martinez of CAP 2-7-2. This picture was taken on the concrete basketball court at the back of the compound.
